Many people say this is a scam but i say nooooo, this is where i get my tramadol usually shipped to my address in Sweden Star Light is real and i testify my new order this week

Total Scam
Placed an order with this pharmacy. http://starlightpharmacy.com/ They claim that the medicine comes from Louisiana and that you can pay with a credit card. However I was instructed to send a Western Union to Cameroon which is in West Africa. A couple days later they send me an email stating that I need to send them an additional $ 550 in order to purchase an insurance policy on the package to be shipped. First of all this little nugget of information is nowhere to be found on their website. I guess they figure that no one would be very interested in such information. Secondly, when was the last time that someone forced you to pay such a high amount to buy insurance on a mail parcel. Of course then they claim that the insurance money will be reimbursed to you after the package is successfully delivered. I did not pay for this insurance and they never sent anything.
